This website, mutatia.com, provides information about MUTATIA's services in artificial intelligence strategy, governance and training, and allows you to contact us. This legal notice governs access to and use of the website.

General terms

• Access to this website is free of charge, and by accessing it you accept these terms. Some services, such as the assessment, include their own information on how we process your data.
• We may change the information, presentation, configuration and conditions of access at any time without notice. The version in force is the one published here, with its date.
• We make every effort to keep the website running and its information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, errors or outdated content. We will correct any we detect within a reasonable time.
• You are responsible for your access to the website and for your use of its information. We ask you to use it lawfully and in good faith: do not attempt to damage or overload it, or to access areas that are not public.
• We are not liable for damage caused by viruses or other harmful elements beyond our control, by faults in or outdated versions of your browser or device, or by misuse of the website by third parties.
• We link to websites that we do not control, such as Substack and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them. We are not responsible for their content or for any harmful elements they may contain, and a link does not mean that we endorse what they publish.

When we refer to legislation, such as Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, we summarise it as it stands on the date of publication; before making any decision, consult the official text and a professional adviser.

Personal data protection

• We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of this legal notice, and we use cookies as explained in its cookies section.
• We use personal data only for the purpose stated in each form and keep it only for as long as that purpose requires. We then keep it blocked for as long as any legal liability may arise, and delete it once that period has expired.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@mutatia.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Intellectual and industrial property

• Mutatia The Mindshift, S.L. owns, or is licensed to use, this website and its code, design, structure, text, images, infographics and other content.
• You may view, print and download extracts of the content for your personal and private use, provided that you cite the source, do not alter it and do not separate images or graphics from the text that accompanies them.
• Any other use, including commercial use, distribution, public communication, transformation, decompilation or resale, requires our prior written authorisation.
• The trademarks and other distinctive signs shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used with their permission. A mention of third-party products or companies does not imply any relationship with them or any recommendation.
• Any infringement of these rights will give rise to the liability provided for by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit any dispute to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable rules confer jurisdiction on another forum, such as that of the consumer's place of residence.
